Ingredients
- 1 bag or 2 boxes frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Cook and drain broccoli.
- Put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Slice the Velveeta and layer slices over broccoli.
- Slice margarine and layer slices over broccoli and cheese.
- Pour cream of chicken soup over top and sprinkle with crumbs.
- Bake at 325° to 350° for 40 minutes.
