Ingredients
- 12 hot peppers (less if you don't like hot)
- 6 onions
- 1 gal. green tomatoes
- 1/4 c. salt
- 3 c. vinegar
- 5 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large container and cook until skins of tomatoes begin to break.
- Pack tomatoes into 10 sterilized hot quart jars or 20 pint jars.
- Seal.
