Ingredients
- 6 c. cooked broccoli (fresh or frozen), cut up and drained
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 small jar pimiento, chopped
- 1/2 c. crushed Cheez-Its (cheese crackers)
Method
- Combine all ingredients and then stir in broccoli.
- Spray a 1 1/2-quart casserole and pour mixture into it.
- Top with crushed crackers and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serves 6.
