Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur peas
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 medium size onion

Method

  • Cook broccoli according to directions and drain well.
  • Beat eggs and mix everything except broccoli, peas and bread crumbs. Butter a 2-quart casserole and alternate layers of broccoli, peas and sauce.
  • Make 2 layers.
  • Top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
