- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur peas
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 medium size onion
Method
- Cook broccoli according to directions and drain well.
- Beat eggs and mix everything except broccoli, peas and bread crumbs. Butter a 2-quart casserole and alternate layers of broccoli, peas and sauce.
- Make 2 layers.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
