Ingredients
- 1 can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large or 2 small onions, chopped
- 1/2 jar pimento, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Drain sauerkraut and bean sprouts.
- Add the celery, green pepper, onion and pimento.
- Heat sugar and vinegar.
- Let cool.
- Add to vegetables and mix well.
