Ingredients

  • 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Method

  • Combine broccoli, soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and diced chicken.
  • Pour into 9 x 13 casserole.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Top with cracker crumbs.
  • Drizzle melted margarine over crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes, until bubbly.
