- 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Method
- Combine broccoli, soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and diced chicken.
- Pour into 9 x 13 casserole.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
- Drizzle melted margarine over crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes, until bubbly.
