Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small carton Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Method

  • Mix jello and boiling water.
  • Set aside to cool (do not jell). Mix cheese, sugar and mayonnaise.
  • Add marshmallows, pineapple and nuts.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Gently stir in gelatin mixture until well blended.
  • Let set until firm.
  • Serves 6.
