Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 small carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix jello and boiling water.
- Set aside to cool (do not jell). Mix cheese, sugar and mayonnaise.
- Add marshmallows, pineapple and nuts.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Gently stir in gelatin mixture until well blended.
- Let set until firm.
- Serves 6.
