Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 8 ounce. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 12 ounce. frzn broccoli
Method
- Cook chicken breasts (skin and debone).
- Lay in 9x13 inch pan.
- Lay frzn broccoli over chicken.
- Mix soup and lowfat milk; pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake 350 degrees till bubbly.
- Pop under broiler till brown.
- Serve with salad and noodles or possibly rice.
