Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
Method
- Or you can use 1 large package of Jell-O pudding and pie filling (banana cream, French vanilla or vanilla).
- You can use instant but the type you cook is better.
