Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 c. hash browns
  • 1/2 c. bacon
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 2 to 3 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1/2 c. mushroom pieces
  • 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Brown pork; fry bacon and drain.
  • Press crescent dough on bottom and up sides of ungreased round pizza pan or 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan to form a crust; seal the perforations.
  • Spoon pork over crust.
  • Sprinkle hash browns, bacon, mushrooms and onions over pork.
  • Top with Velveeta cheese slices, then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Beat eggs and milk.
  • Pour over all.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Makes 6 to 8 servings.
