- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. hash browns
- 1/2 c. bacon
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. onion
- 2 to 3 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1/2 c. mushroom pieces
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Brown pork; fry bacon and drain.
- Press crescent dough on bottom and up sides of ungreased round pizza pan or 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan to form a crust; seal the perforations.
- Spoon pork over crust.
- Sprinkle hash browns, bacon, mushrooms and onions over pork.
- Top with Velveeta cheese slices, then sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Beat eggs and milk.
- Pour over all.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
