Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls (may need 2)
  • 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Brown and drain sausage.
  • Separate dough into 8 triangles; place triangles with points toward center of greased 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Press to join and seal triangles.
  • Pinch up edge to form crust.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 hash browns over crust.
  • Follow with sausage, then other half of hash browns.
  • Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper; pour over top.
  • Sprinkle with Cheddar followed by Parmesan.
  • Bake 25 minutes in 375° oven.
