- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent refrigerated rolls
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 7 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. diced onion
Method
- Press rolls into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover with a layer of sausage, then potatoes, peppers and onion.
- Cover with cheese. Combine eggs and milk and pour over all.
- Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
