Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 onion
- 5 oz. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook bacon crisp and crumble.
- Cook onion in bacon fat.
- Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, chives or parsley and cooked onion together.
- Pour into pie shell and sprinkle bacon and cheese on top.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until real firm.
