Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bob Evan's breakfast sausage
- 6 slices textured bread
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown the breakfast sausage and drain off grease in colander. Cube the bread and place in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle sausage over bread.
