- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. small bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 slices Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 can of soup and cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven.
- Pour remainder of soup over loaf.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake until cheese melts.
