Ingredients

  • - boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1-1/3 cups KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
  • 2 cups onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 2 cups currants
  • 1 cup pistachios, shelled
  • 1 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup curry powder

Method

  • Brush chicken breasts with oil.
  • Grill 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  • Cut into thin strips; place in large bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  • Cover.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
