Ingredients
- 3 large cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 c. scalded milk, cooled
- 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast and small amount from another pkg.
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour (a little more)
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 beaten egg yolks
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients.
- Mix next 4 ingredients.
- Mix next 4 ingredients and add to yeast mixture.
- Divide dough in half.
- Roll in wax paper.
- Put 1/2 of dough on bottom of large cookie sheet with sides.
- Pour on cream cheese mixture.
- Put remaining half of dough on top.
- Let rise 1 hour.
