Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Cynar
- 1 ounce Punt e Mes
- 1/4 ounce fresh juice from 1 lemon
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Pinch kosher salt
Method
- In an Old Fashioned glass, stir Cynar, Punt e Mes, lemon juice, and orange bitters with a large ice cube until chilled. Add salt on top of ice and serve.
