Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Method
- Cook beans and drain.
- Add onions, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Mix and pour in a 1-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
