Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen ore-ida hash browns (O'Brien are the best)
  • 18 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • green peppers
  • onion
  • fresh mushrooms
  • 1 small can of green chilies (optional)
  • 4 or 5 drops of Franks red hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 oz. pkg. of Mexican four cheese

Method

  • Grease 9 X 13 cake pan.
  • Spread hash browns in pan, salt and pepper well.
  • Beat eggs, milk, red hot, salt and pepper.
  • Add green peppers, onion, mushrooms and green chilies to egg mixture. Pour over hash browns.
  • Spread cheese over top.
  • Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
