Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1/2 onion, chopped fine
  • 6 slices dry bread
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. curry powder

Method

  • Brown 1 pound sausage and onion; drain. Crumble or tear 6 slices dry bread and add to sausage. Mix 4 eggs (slightly beaten), salt, pepper and 2 cups milk together. Combine with sausage and bread mixture; add 1 teaspoon curry powder. Let mixture set in bowl overnight in refrigerator.
  • Pour mixture into greased Pyrex dish (11 x 7-inches). Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes, covered with foil. Remove foil and let brown a little.
