Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean pork cutlets
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. packaged seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Method
- Wipe cutlets with damp paper towels.
- Pound very thin, about 1/8-inch, with mallet or edge of plate.
- Dip cutlets into egg, then into bread crumbs to coat well.
