Ingredients
- 1 -2 lb block of Velveeta cheese
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
- 2 can chopped green chilies (7 oz each)
- 1 can cream of celery soup (10 3/4 oz)
Method
- Into a crockpot, (or over a stove) cube the block of Velveeta cheese.
- Add chilies, milk and celery soup.
- Mix well and place crockpot on high stirring occasionally.
- Once Velveeta cheese is fully melted and combined well, put crockpot on low or keep warm.
- Serve with chips or as an addition to another side dish.
