Ingredients
- pork chops (at least 6)
- salt and black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Method
- Salt and pepper pork chops (to your taste).
- Beat the egg and water until frothy.
- Dip pork chops in water and egg mixture. Roll in or coat with the cracker crumbs.
- Fry at 325° in electric skillet.
- Crisco solid gives the best results.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
