Ingredients

  • 1 pound Chicken
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Cooking White Wine
  • 1 Tablespoon Brandy
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 whole Apple
  • 1/4 cups Dried Cranberries, Cherry Flavored

Method

  • Take chicken and pound in between Saran wrap to make it thin, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cover chicken with flour.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan.
  • It takes about 1 minute.
  • Place chicken in the frying pan and cook on each side until brown.
  • It takes about 5 minutes on each side.
  • While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce.
  • Mix the cooking white wine, brandy and honey together.
  • Also, cut the apple into thin slices.
  • I use honey crisp apple.
  • When chicken is done, take out of pan.
  • In the frying pan, add the sauce, apple slices and cherries.
  • Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add chicken and cook for 5 more minutes or until the apples are tender.
