Ingredients
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 cup brandy
Method
- Put ice cream and brandy in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.
- Note: Nutritional analysis is per 3/4-cup serving.
- Use the best-quality vanilla ice cream that you can find. Feel free to experiment with other flavors of ice cream and less brandy if you like.
