Ingredients
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
- 2 Tbsp. sherry (not cream sherry)
- grated fresh nutmeg
- prepared graham cracker pie crust
Method
- Whip the cream and slowly add powdered sugar.
- Slowly add lightly beaten egg yolks,
- brandy and sherry.
- Add nutmeg to taste and pour mixture into prepared shell.
- Freeze 2 to 3 hours. Thaw a few minutes so pie will slice easily.
