Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast patties
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
- 1 c. chopped peaches
Method
- Cook chicken with diced onions in margarine.
- When cooked, add orange juice and brandy.
- Cook about 3 minutes or until sauce starts to reduce.
- Add peaches and continue cooking 2 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions when ready to serve.
