Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Shallot, Finely Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 cups Oyster Mushrooms, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 bag (about 5 Oz. Size Of 3 Handfuls) Frisee Lettuce
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Method

  • In a pan over high heat, add olive oil, shallot, garlic and red pepper flakes. Fry for a minute (until garlic becomes fragrant) then add mushrooms. Cook for 4-5 minutes (until mushrooms look golden brown and a little caramelized), then add frisee lettuce. Fry for a minute or two and take off the heat as soon as the frisee becomes slightly wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
