Ingredients
- 10 ounce Can cream celery soup
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 4 Tbsp. Butter/Margarine Or possibly Canola Oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 x salt And Pepper to Taste
- 20 ounce Frzn Minced Spinach Cooked And Liquid removed
- 1 sm Onion -- diced
Method
- In a saucepan, on medium heat, stir together with wire whisk soup, flour, butter, garlic salt, salt and pepper till smooth and piping warm.
- Combine with spinach and onion.
- Heat through.
