- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 c. green onion bottoms, chopped
- 1 c. celery, finely chopped
- 1 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. green peas, unthawed but separated
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (2 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley salad dressing (dry)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Method
- In a flat 13 x 9-inch glass dish, place the ingredients in the order listed, pressing down each layer.
- The salad dressing should be sprinkled dry over the mayonnaise layer, and lastly, cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
