Ingredients

  • 250 ml Soy milk
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 4 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 10 grams Gelatin

Method

  • Soak the gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water (not listed).
  • Put the ingredients and gelatin into a heatproof container and cover in plastic wrap.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes at 500W.
  • Stir the mixture and add the soy milk.
  • Set the container in ice-cold water to cool.
  • Stir the mixture until it thickens, then the cocoa powder will not settle to the bottom.
  • Pour into cups and chill in the fridge.
  • It's more like chocolate pudding than jello.
