Ingredients
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. butter
- water
Method
- Mix ingredients together with water, just enough to make a dough, not too sticky.
- Knead the dough real well.
- Cut the dough into small balls as big as golf balls.
- Use the rolling pin to roll the balls.
- Roll it until they are 1/2-inch thick circles. Heat generous amount of oil in a Chinese wok or a deep pan.
- Fry them one at a time.
- Turn over when it puffs up and fry other side.
