Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless sirloin steak
  • rub Living the Gourmet Signature Spice
  • onions
  • tomatoes
  • 1 spanish onion - sliced
  • 1/2 red onion - sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic - chopped
  • 14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes can of
  • 1 jalapeno - chopped with seed
  • olive oil for drizzling

Method

  • Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the onions, garlic and Jalapeno and saute. When the onions are slightly golden add the tomato and continue to simmer on low.
  • Top the grilled steak with the onions and serve.
