Ingredients
- 2/3 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 pint Whipping Cream, Divided
- 9 ounces, weight Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- 1-1/2 cup Miniature Marshmallows
- 6 ounces, weight Chocolate Instant Pudding And Pie Filling Mix
- 1-1/2 cup Milk
- 4 ounces, weight Cool Whip , Thawed
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1 ounce, weight Semi-Sweet Chocolate Square, Grated
Method
- Place chocolate chips and 1/3 cup of the whipping cream into a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. Microwave for another 10 seconds if needed. Pour into the pie crust and top it with a layer of marshmallows. Set aside.
- Put the cold milk and pudding mix into a mixing bowl and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip. Pour on top of the marshmallows. Freeze for 2 hours.
- Mix the remaining whipping cream and sugar until fluffy. Before serving, top the pie with the with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
