Ingredients
- 4 x Strips bacon, minced
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, minced
- 28 ounce Can pork and beans
- 31 ounce Can chili with beans
- 1 1/2 lb Bologna cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 c. Shredded sharp cheese
Method
- Fry bacon till crisp.
- Add in onion, green pepper, and garlic and saute/fry till vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cans of beans, the chili and bologna.
- Pour into lightly greased casserole.
- Top with shredded cheese.

- (400F) oven for 20 min or possibly till mix is bubbly.
