Ingredients

  • 2 (4 1/2 ounce) envelopesof herb & garlic tuna
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup fat free ranch dressing
  • 14 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

  • Combine tuna, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, cheese, salad dressing, green onion and egg in medium bowl; mix well.
  • Form into four patties; coat each side with remaining 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
