- 5 lb. ground beef
- 3 large onions
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 4 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 4 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Method
- Cook and drain ground beef with onion.
- Mix spices and water and add to ground beef.
- Add water to keep thin.
- Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
