Ingredients
- 1/2 gal. lowfat milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 Large eggs
Method
- Heat lowfat milk on medium heat.
- Meanwhile, beat 8 egg yolks.
- Add in sugar, flour and salt.
- Mix into the hot lowfat milk and let it cook while stirring constantly till thick.
- Beat egg whites till stiff.
- After custard has cooled a bit, stir in egg whites; refrigerateand serve.
