- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 lb. oleo
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 pods garlic
- salt and pepper
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 1 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cumin
Method
- Melt oleo; add vinegar, lemon, chopped fine garlic, salt and pepper to taste; simmer.
- Add all other ingredients; continue to simmer.
- If oleo comes to top, add 1/4 cup beer to emulsify while stirring.
