Ingredients
- 8 large center cut pork chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bottle Bulls Eye barbecue sauce
Method
- Brown pork chops on both sides in a large skillet.
- Coat a baking dish with vegetable cooking spray and put the browned chops in.
- Combine the barbecue sauce with just enough water to thin it out and pour it over the chops.
- Cover with foil and bake at 325° for one hour or until done.
