Ingredients
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- dash of salt
- 2/3 c. water
- 2 c. blueberries
Method
- Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
- Add water.
- Cook and stir until thick; cook 2 minutes more.
- Add blueberries.
- Return to boiling.
- Chill.
- This sauce is excellent served over lemon pie.
