Ingredients

  • 1 large box black cherry Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
  • Add cold water.
  • Mix well.
  • Add pineapple, pie filling and pecans.
  • Mix well.
  • Congeal.
  • Blend cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla well.
  • Spread over congealed salad.
  • Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
