- 1 large box black cherry Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 small pkg. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
- Add cold water.
- Mix well.
- Add pineapple, pie filling and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Congeal.
- Blend cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla well.
- Spread over congealed salad.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
