Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. almond bark (chocolate or white)
  • 1 pkg. chocolate morsel pieces
  • 1 can Spanish peanuts

Method

  • Melt almond bark in microwave (stir every 1 minute until melted), approximately 3 minutes. Stir in chocolate morsels until melted (do not put back in the microwave). Stir in peanuts. Drop by tablespoon onto long sheets of wax paper. As candy begins to harden (after about 15 minutes), gently move wax paper backward and forward a couple of times, so the moisture will not allow the paper to stick to the countertop. Candy is ready when it can be removed from wax paper and it is not sticky on the bottom.
