- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 1 can mushroom soup or celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Combine bell pepper, onion and margarine and cook together until onion is clear.
- Add remaining ingredients to this.
- Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish and cover with grated cheese.
- Heat for 15 minutes at 350°.
