Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 2 c. blueberries
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 stick margarine
Method
- Moisten berries
- with enough water so sugar will stick. Put berries in unbaked
- pie
- shell
- and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Mix flour, brown and white sugars, salt and margarine until crumbly.
- Put
- on
- top of berries. This will be mounded over the top.
- Set
- pie
- on a cookie sheet as juices sometimes boil out. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
