Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust
  • 2 c. blueberries
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Method

  • Moisten berries
  • with enough water so sugar will stick. Put berries in unbaked
  • pie
  • shell
  • and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar. Mix flour, brown and white sugars, salt and margarine until crumbly.
  • Put
  • on
  • top of berries. This will be mounded over the top.
  • Set
  • pie
  • on a cookie sheet as juices sometimes boil out. Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
