Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. peaches
- 1/2 c. butter
Method
- Heat shortening in 8x8 inch pan or possibly dish.
- Mix sugar and flour in bowl.
- Gradually add in lowfat milk, mix well.
- Pour into baking pan over butter, then put peaches in middle of pan.
- Cook for 45 to 50 min in preheated oven.
- Note: If you use canned peaches be sure to drain them.
