Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 c. white flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. oat bran cereal
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 c. liquid vegetable oil
  • 1 egg or possibly 1/4 c. liquid egg substitute
  • 1 c. liquid removed berries

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir well.
  • Using an egg beater, combine lowfat milk, vanilla, egg and oil.
  • Pour into dry ingredients and add in liquid removed blueberries or possibly raspberries.
  • Stir just till moistened.
  • Spoon batter into greased or possibly lined muffin c. and bake for 20 min.
