Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. 10x sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 4 oz. whipped topping
  • 3 c. blueberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water

Method

  • Mix flour, oleo and pecans.
  • Press into large baking dish. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
  • Mix together sugar, cream cheese and whipped topping.
  • Spread on cooled crust.
  • Boil berries, sugar and water.
  • Cook 1 minute.
  • Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water.
  • Add to blueberries and cook until thick.
  • Cool.
  • Spread on cream cheese. Top with whipped topping.
