Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. 10x sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 4 oz. whipped topping
- 3 c. blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Mix flour, oleo and pecans.
- Press into large baking dish. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
- Mix together sugar, cream cheese and whipped topping.
- Spread on cooled crust.
- Boil berries, sugar and water.
- Cook 1 minute.
- Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water.
- Add to blueberries and cook until thick.
- Cool.
- Spread on cream cheese. Top with whipped topping.
