Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
- 2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (No. 2) can peas
Method
- Drain tomatoes, reserving juice.
- Layer ground beef, potatoes, onions, peas, tomatoes and seasoning in 8 x 11-inch casserole. Add tomato juice as needed to prevent dryness during baking.
- Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
